• Corrections, such as an outdated aid deadline or a charity detail that has changed, along with the page where you saw it.
• Suggestions on relief, charity giving or housing topics you would like covered.
• Questions about where a figure or recommendation in one of our guides came from.

What we cannot do

Emergencyfloor is not a charity, does not collect donations and cannot arrange aid, shelter or repairs. We do not sell or support products or services from other organisations, so please contact the relevant agency or provider about claims or applications.
